Accounting Specialist

As an Accounting Specialist at Hyarchis you will be responsible for our financial administration, front to back. Hyarchis is a Dutch company by origin, but the focal point of our activities has increasingly shifted to Lithuania. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of our administration from executing daily payments to taking responsibility for the year -end closing. The ideal candidate will be someone with international experience, certain tech savviness and modern approach to accounting. In this role, you will be working closely together with our Lithuanian-based CEO in Vilnius. Together with our management assistant, you will manage a flawless administration within a group of companies that encompasses three separate entities in Lithuania. We’re looking for a professional with a critical mind and a strong can-do mentality who can work independently.

What you will do:
* Accounts payable and receivable.
* Accounting of inventory, fixed assets, and depreciation.
* Day-to-day bank transactions.
* Monthly payrolling cycle.
* Travel expenses, daily allowances, and accommodation costs.
* Reimbursement of expenses to employees.
* VAT and official reporting to Tax authorities.
* Reconciliations, clearings and closing tasks.
* Supporting the month-end and year-end close process.
