Together we would make a solid match if you are an efficient and quality-oriented person. You would own a great variety of administrative tasks and have a chance to engage in Lean culture and contribute to our continuous improvements. Daily, you would communicate with clients within the Swedish market, mainly in written form. Our team is located in Vilnius, but our colleagues are global so you would meet and collaborate with team members from other parts of the world.
If you also have a Swedish language skill in your pocket, we would offer you a monthly bonus, depending on your language level.
We could also offer you a different seniority level depending on your experience.
You will:
- Own a variety of administrative tasks (loan documents production, loan disbursements, redeeming of loans, collateral management, and changes on loans)
- Solve analytical tasks (investigate cases and prepare various bank documents)
- Look for ways to automate processes and improve our customer service
- Contribute to the development of Lean culture and a positive atmosphere in the team
About you:
- Previous experience in a finance field or with administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and willingness to work in a changing environment
- Proactive approach and sense of ownership towards the tasks
- Good communication and collaborations skills
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills, meaning that you feel comfortable understanding, reading, and talking
- Swedish language skills (from A2 to B2 level) would be a great addition but is not mandatory

We offer
Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
