* Have proven experience in the office administration field

* Know what is MS Office and how to use it

* Make the office a nice place to work by maintaining premises, supplies management, bills, and errands 
* Organize and manage the company’s incoming and outgoing documentation and agreements
* Serve as a single point of contact for colleagues
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Manage appointments, greet guests
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
