Here are some responsibilities you will have:
Manage, coach and upskill a team of People Data Analysts;
Help to build our People Analytics team overall vision and strategy, as well as define standard process and practices;
Build partnerships with key stakeholders within the People Organization and the wider business to deeply understand Western Union business models and strategies and produce streamlined and thoughtful data analysis;
Help build the analytical capability of HR business partners by being an expert for people data and analytics;
Interpret people data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as advise on possible decisions / actions;
Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance and recruiting demand, identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights;
Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across Western Union People organization using Agile and Lean tools and methodologies.
Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:
Experience in managing/supervising people, ability to build, mentor, develop and motivate a team of Analysts;
Stakeholder management experience;
Experience in managing and analyzing data using tools such as SQL, R, or Python, troubleshooting;
Knowledge working with HR data, doing reporting and visualization (e.g., GCP, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake);
Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making and planning skills, as well as process improvement mindset.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2810 – 4780 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health, accident, and life insurance options, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
