Sourcing Specialist

My name is Samanta Jucaitytė and I am looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join Assisted & Self Source team in Telia Global Services Lithuania (TGSL).

Assisted & Self Source team is working with higher risk and more complex purchasing cases, performing the company's suppliers' due diligence and analyzing potential/existing risks related to onboarding/working with new suppliers. It is a great opportunity for all wanting to advance their career in the field of sourcing and work with suppliers, as well as in close collaboration with business stakeholders and other teams & departments.

Your tasks will be:

• Handling end-to-end higher-risk & complexity purchases
• Performing suppliers' due diligence, evaluating risks & making decisions regarding incoming purchases
• Collaborating with Sourcing Managers, Purchasing Team, and other departments
• Managing suppliers or stakeholders, as well as their expectations
• Delivering on expectations (following team SLA's with quality & expected business results)
• Participating in/leading various process improvement initiatives/projects
• Solving complex issues independently.

Who are you?

• Prior experience working in Sourcing/knowledge of overall end-to-end (i.e. P2P, S2P) processes
• Have strong communication & collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented with high sense of responsibility.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 1800 - 2200Eur/month (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
