Are you structured and analytical but also creative and have an eye for improving processes? Are you a good communicator with solid stakeholder management skills?

Then you may be the newest member of Change Portfolio Oversight (CPO) where we create, develop, maintain, and consolidate the overview for all non-financial risk (NFR) projects across the whole Danske Bank business (i.e. Personal Customers, Business Customers, Large Corporates & Institutions, and Asset Management). Furthermore, CPO also conducts and coordinates the initial assessment of new regulations impacting the business areas mentioned.

We are looking for new team members to not only assist us sustain the current set-up, but also help develop the area further.

CPO has a current headcount of 12 team members located in both Denmark and Lithuania with different backgrounds and educations. We believe in a flexible way of working, including the possibility to work from home on a frequent basis.

You will:

  • Prioritize and stack-ranking of the full NFR project portfolio
  • Detect risks and dependencies
  • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, including business leaders and project managers
  • Standardize reporting of progress and escalate to relevant stakeholders and forums
  • Assess the impact of new regulations on the business areas

About you:

  • Some experience with project/portfolio management, business and/or regulatory analysis
  • Experience within the financial services industry would be an advantage
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Outgoing, convincing, creative, and pragmatic
  • Able to help define and prioritize own tasks
  • Upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken English
  • Experience in PowerPoint and Excel would also be an advantage

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
