GBS Operations is a part of Intrum GBS that takes the key role in delivering debt collection services to our Clients in Norway. Apart of responsibilities of daily tasks, we continuously work with process improvements and quality management to create extra value for organization, clients and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in day-to-day credit management operations

• Ensure quality and timeliness, organize and manage team members' workload

• Identify, assess and prioritize risks

• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality and timely services

• Drive and facilitate team meetings

• Provide on the job coaching for the team members

• Prepare reports, statistics

About you:

• Good organizational skills

• Good knowledge of both English and Norwegian

• Ability to cooperate in a team and lead it

• Ability to solve complex problems

• Good communication skills

Salary range:

1700 - 2500 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
