Job description
Supervise multidrop delivery planning, expert in using planning software, support and train multidrop planners. Look for optimization and efficiency in multidrop planning, preparation and follow up on KPI and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate planning software development and implementation in YIS (TR, IN,BC) for multidrop deliveries. Suggest and implement new process and/or automation solutions.
- Own and supervise multidrop delivery planning process in Europe for Transport Reagents.
- Work in close relation with Customer Service, Transport Coordination, Commercial business unit, Procurement and software suppliers
- Become expert in planning software, support and train end users Define KPI metrics and ensure reporting is in place
- Optimise and ensure efficient multidrop planning to reduce transport costs
- Define and continuously improve operational procedures related to delivery planning
HESQ and Ethics & Compliance:
- Work in accordance with Health and Safety policy and relevant legislation, Yara safety and security principles and golden rules
- Always act in accordance with Ethics and Compliance policy as defined by Yara globally
Requirements
- University degree level, ideally within Logistics, or relevant experience with proven strong results
- Thorough technical understanding, preferably experience with planning software
- International transport legislation in general
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of SharePoint and Teams Result-driven, agile and proactive
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
- Solution oriented and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and methods of working Structured, punctual and attention to detail
