Our team serves the professional staffing and business process outsourcing needs of customers in multiple countries in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update and maintain information in Company‘s databases
Create invoices and bill clients
Maintain reports for internal and external customers
Maintain relationship with Clients, Accounting / Payroll and PEO providers and partners in multiple locations
May be identified to participate in projects or other initiatives, as require

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar
Fluent English language (written and spoken) skills
1,5 - 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
Accuracy and attention to details
Excellent MS Excel skills
Good communication skills and ability to multitask
Good organizational and time management skills
Any international experience is very desirable
