JUNIOR DUTY TRAVEL MANAGER

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Manage hotels and flights reservations within the aviation company.
• Ensure reservations have been confirmed accurately, at the lowest possible cost.
• Register necessary information in internal systems.
• Collect detailed information about business trip expenses and provide to the Finance department.
• Work in close collaboration with other related departments, crews and suppliers as well.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understand how travel planning websites operate.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Have great communication and organizational skills with creative and independent insight into problem-solving.
• Attention to details and quality, ability to work with a large scope of data and prioritize, resolve issues independently and work effectively.
• Have great knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with reservations software.
• Experience as Travel Agent in Aviation, Tourism or similar position would be an advantage.
