• Assist with the development and implementation of Nasdaq’s Supplier Sustainability strategy, program, and key deliverables

• Work with vendors to collect data supporting supplier diversity and sustainability efforts and engage them on improving their own sustainability efforts

• Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external organizations

• Assist with strategic sourcing activities including supplier risk and vendor management, as needed

• Support other Finance projects and initiatives including Risk, as necessary

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• At least 1-3 years experience as a Vendor Management Specialist, Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Specialist, Supply Chain Specialist, etc.

• Proficient expertise in the use of financial systems and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must

• Excellent communication (oral and written)

• Fluency in English (at least B2)
