If You Have:

• Higher education in construction/engineering or other technical disciplie;
• 3 years' experience in project/maintenance area in fields of facilities/equipment's;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Have managerial skills working with the team;
• Analytical thinking, focused and result oriented person;
• Innovative and creative personality;
• Good English skills (written and spoken);
• Driving license.

We will entrust you:

• Administration and execution of maintenance activities for the company own and/or operated facilities, territories of facilities and equipment/technology devices;
• Cooperation with existing and potential lessees of the shopping centers;
• Managing and coordination of budget and control of actual costs/investments;
• Implementation of energy saving projects (solar panels, e-charging stations, energy audits, ISO 50001);
• Electricity purchase and management;
• Control inventorizations of used equipment stock;
• Collecting and checking data for third party approvals;
• Creation of purchasing projects concerning store/DC technology equipment's/furniture/elements and constructional standards.
