- Developing and implementing a digitalization strategy that meets business needs.
- Closely collaborating with the key stakeholders to help clarify their needs and requirements, ensuring that needs are met.
- Overseeing and coordinating digitalization projects within the company.
- Developing the company’s existing IT/digital tools and ensuring their integrity with new ones.
- Managing a strategic digitalization project, liaising with developers and external partners to find the best solutions.
- Leading and bringing the team together to achieve a common goal.

- Experience of successfully working in the field of Digital project management. Experience in implementing an ERP system would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile project management principles and the ability to successfully apply them in practice.
- Good planning, budget management, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- The ability to unite and motivate the project team and encourage the pursuit of the same goals.
