About position
As Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, comments and complaints. You will be our key person guiding our VIP customers through ongoing investment projects.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain strong, long lasting, collaborative partnerships with existing customers and build relationships with newly acquired ones.
- Providing customer support via email, live chat and phone.
- Working independently and in collaboration with other team members.
- Troubleshooting and seeking solutions to problems related questions and concerns received from customers.
- Participating in product development initiatives.
Requirements
- Business-to-consumer, client facing experience with strong customer service skills.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills to make your point and successfully pitch your ideas.
- High level time management skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English (other languages considered as an advantage).
- Interest in finance and investments.
- Team Player with a positive attitude.

Salary
- Monthly salary for this position 1,800 - 2600 EUR gross.
- The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
