If you have:

• Higher education;
• Practical knowledge of SAP will be considered as advantage;
• Understanding of retail processes is desirable;
• Experience in customer support is desirable;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Developed analytical thinking, result-oriented personality, able to work independently and in a team;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English (written and spoken);
• Russian spoken language will be considered as advantage.

• Ensure excellent customer service and support to end users, ensure customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines;
• Provide timely assistance, recommendations and technical information to SAP systems users;
• Solve incidents, problems using available tools by following existing procedures;
• Follow up on more complex issues by involving internal IT experts or external consultants to ensure the availability and operation of implemented IT systems;
• Identify recurring errors and suggest solutions;
• Identify and document problems, causes and solutions;
• Create and maintain system documentation, supporting user activities;
• Create/change and maintain SAP system configurations;
• Assist in the implementation of SAP projects;
• Take a part in user training activities.
