We expect you to

• Be aware of the content specifics of TikTok
• Have experience working in a creative field
• Have a creative and analytical mindset toward developing unique and innovative solutions to improve products
• Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present them in a visual and compelling way
• Be detail-oriented and have critical thinking skills
• Have good written English skills
• Be motivated, driven, curious, and creative. Also, never kill the vibe :)
• Be open to a job offer (full-time) after the courses
