Customer Service Representative (with fluent Latvian and English)

Our Client is an international service company, specializing in business process outsourcing and customer experience. The company currently has more than 78,000 employees worldwide. They design, build and deliver end-to-end CX for many of the world’s most respected digital-born and leading vertical brands.

At the moment the company is looking for Latvian and English-Speaking CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to join their Customer Support team. Together with this team, You will be working for the Company client, one of the biggest online accommodation providers worldwide.

• Excellent Latvian and English language skills (verbal and written);
• Strong communication and administration skills;
• Customer-focused approach;
• Attentiveness, positive attitude;
• Relevant permit to work in Lithuania;
• Computer literacy and good MS Office knowledge;
• Experience in a target-based/KPI-driven environment is a plus,
