Our client - OXYGEN – developers and manufacturers of advanced Lithuanian ventilation systems. Their mission is to ensure a healthy microclimate in every home. Company‘s aim - to break market stereotypes and offer a superior alternative – smarter, more efficient and more compact products. Inspired by the European Commission’s ambitious strategy for sustainable economic growth, the European Green Deal, together with the KTU University team, they have developed a compact, easy-to-install and easy-to-use heat recovery unit, controlled by a unique energy-saving algorithm. Oxygen ventilation units, which are made in Lithuania, are sold not only in Lithuania but also across the European Union. 

• Co-developing and implementing company strategy.
• Budgeting, planning business activities and allocating resources efficiently.
• Providing direction, development and leadership for the team, teambuilding, couching, KPI’s.
• Managing day to day business operation to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve set financial goals.
• Performing analysis and reporting on company performance.
• Ensuring long-term relationships with strategic suppliers and customers.
• Focusing on constant development of the company and utilizing new market opportunities, opening new international markets.
• Workshop transfer from external partners to internal.

• Higher education in Business, Management, Manufacturing or similar field.
• At least 3 years of team management experience (a team of 10+).
• Experience in export, sales, business development, opening and entering new international markets.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and setting KPIs.
• Prior experience of working in a manufacturing company would be a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Charismatic, motivating, full of ideas and ambitious person.
• Democratic, attentive, result-oriented and always striving for growth and development.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills as well as people management skills.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills. Knowledge of Russian and German would be considered as an advantage.
• B category driving license.

• Salary (gross): from 4500€ to 6660€/monthly + quarterly and annual bonuses. Salary depends on work experience and competencies of a particular candidate.
