JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working from Vilnius office and helping remotely the team members in Belgium & Spain office with the full scope of administration of their sales & purchases:

Follow up on existing sales & purchase orders;
Adding new orders to the system,
Preparing weekly offers;
Being the middle person between the sales & purchase team and the warehouse;
Analyzing the daily offers from suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

A university degree in business administration or a related field is preferred;
Similar work experience would be an advantage;
Excellent MS office skills, especially MS Excel;
Capacity to work independently with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Very good English skills (oral and written);
High sense of responsibility, capacity to organize time, and plan actions effectively.
