Data Development Manager

• Drive business requirements and vision to optimize the IT-foundation used for analytical insights, predictive modelling, and reporting.
• Collaborate and participate as subject matter expert in virtual teams driving business requirements for new capabilities related to data processing and insight analytics that will lead to increased customer satisfaction and sales.

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years of working experience within business development, data/IT-architecture, experience in Swedbank’s existing IT-environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English
• A fundamental understanding of how the digital business model can be translated into both business & IT-architecture.
• Experience from data modelling, databases and ETL/ELT
• Strong logical skills and ability to process complex information and draw accurate conclusions from it.
• Self-leadership and strong ability to grasp new concepts, dive into details and effectively produce results and high-quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Used to work according to agile methodology and in cross functional teams is an advantage.
• Experience from Marketing Automation area, knowledge about Pega Marketing, Adobe Analytics and Qlik is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are expected.
