We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join newly established Project Management Unit to work in ERP System Implementation Project as well as to work in various other Organisation wide Projects. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your knowledge not only in Software Development and Implementation field but also to get to know MRO Business from inside out!  

About the position: 

• Working closely with various Business Units, understanding their processes and procedures.
• Making sure that there is consensus among key stakeholders and Business Units in ERP system implementation project.
• Processing and organizing data.
• Requirements‘ gathering.
• Translating Business requirements into technical language.
• Assisting colleagues with ERP system functionality related questions.
• Being a link between Business Units and System Development vendor.
• Preparing documentation.

What you bring: 

• Strong ownership.
• Ability to solve complex tasks quickly and independently.
• Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills who can easily interact with all levels of Employees.
• Good English knowledge, both speaking and writing.
• IT and/or aviation background would be an advantage.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge would be an advantage.
