Our client – a successful logistics company – is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team.
In this position you will:
- Be a proactive Executive Team member to implement Business Strategy within finance and risk management functions, adopt and implement it, with a business owner approach.
- Provide strategic and operational economic recommendations to the CEO and Business heads.
- Manage processes, cash flow and taxation matters.
- Organize internal (managerial) and external financial planning (long-term and short-term) and reporting.
- Lead, structure and ensure internal financial policies in international Transportation and Warehouse business, implement necessary improvements.
- Communicate with financial institutions.
- Review and design Finances organizational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps, initiate, and execute improvements.
- Be a strong leader in selling strategy, tactics, and decisions to the team to get people moving in the same direction with commitment and energy.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field; MBA in Finances.
- Experience from 7+ years in this or similar position in corporate finances.
- International experience in financial change management.
- Experience and knowledge of financial management systems, the structure of finance function and implementation of the finance function in the group companies.
- Excellent Lithuanian, English and Russian language knowledge.
- Strong inspiring leadership and organizational skills.
- Very good communication and people management skills.

- Salary (gross): from 8 000 € to 16 500 €/monthly + annual bonuses. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
