Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Collaborate with colleagues from Aircraft Maintenance department to understand internal processes and opportunities of cost optimization and efficiency;
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data;
• Design and implement periodical reporting based on business needs;
• Implement and maintain cost monitoring tools and processes;
• Help colleagues make important decisions based on costs and benefits analysis;
• Support in budget preparation and investigate deviations with actual costs;
• Perform internal control by approving purchase invoices;
• Prepare ad-hoc calculations and data analysis upon business needs.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• University degree in Finance/Economics or similar field;
• 1+ years of experience in finance analysis or control;
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, proactiveness, curiosity, responsibility, diligent, good communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
