Digital Payments Ops team is an investigative team responsible for supporting digital transactions inquiries, their refund handling and money flow monitoring. We are making sure that all claims have been worked on timely manner to ensure smooth customer experience when using digital channels for sending money transactions or raise any potential issues for support team to fix to avoid any further impact.

Role Responsibilities

• Being responsible for monitoring payments flow;
• Reprocessing failed refunds;
• Completing day-to-day escalations received from our bank partners and customer support teams;
• Analyzing and recognizing specific patterns;
• Identifying any possible ongoing issues;
• Working closely with our internal and external partners ensuring timely incident resolution.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree management or equivalent skills are required;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent spoken and written English skills;
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
• Availability to work on Saturdays;
• The ability to take on responsibility and work successfully in a self-motivated environment;
• Customer centricity and willingness to learn each day;
• An enthusiasm for working within a team.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1117-1925 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
