About the job

As a sales manager at Factris, you'll be responsible for attracting new customers and you'll be working closely with existing customers’ portfolio by maintaining the relationship and upselling them with additional products. You work closely with colleagues from the Risk and Operations departments to help the customer as smoothly as possible.

The successful candidate for this position has experience in sales and communicates convincingly by nature. You get a kick out of continuously improving results together with your team and celebrating successes together. 

Responsibilities

  • Attracting new customers through network meetings, your own network and by approaching leads.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Explain and sell Factris products.
  • Generating additional sales.
  • Checking customer documents and completing the file.
  • Preparing documents for your client.
  • You provide a good file to your colleagues so that the customer goes through the screening process smoothly and can start quickly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales > 2 years;
  • You have a passion for sales and a commercial attitude;
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • You have strong social skills;
  • You have innovative and creative ideas about acquisition;
  • You are structured and administratively well versed;
  • You are flexible;
  • You have an excellent command of the Lithuanian language and you have a good command of the English language, both orally and in writing.
