Junior Accounts Payable Accountant I No experience needed

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client Nasdaq is mainly known for operating stock exchanges. They are an online global marketplace for buying and trading securities. Most of the world's technology giants are listed on the Nasdaq.

• Review, create, and evaluate routine purchase requisitions for supplies and services with; ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Track and maintain purchase orders and work with vendors on any PO, invoice issues
• Drive Purchasing Operations automatization and improvement projects using analytical tools
• Research, analyze and resolve purchasing inquiries and provide support internally and to vendors
• Provide input to the updating or writing of policies/procedures/processes

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
• Strong communications skills across different cultures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
