Job description

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the existing and new customers. 
  • Search for potential corporate clients and offering innovative IT services (electronic data interchange - EDI). 
  • Consult customers, analyze their business requirements, understand their objectives and critical success factors. 
  • Manage customer projects throughout the sales and implementation cycle: establish contacts, make offers, negotiate, close deals, set tasks for IT Project Managers, confirm that the service is up and running, help onboard customers’ partners. 
  • Record customer information and interactions in the CRM system (offers, contracts, memos, notes etc). 
  • Participate in marketing and communications with customers: direct emails, website, blog and events (seminars, conferences, lectures). 

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent to it. 
  • At least 3 years experience in B2B sales. 
  • Proficient Lithuanian and English language skills. 
  • Experience in IT sector, logistics, Lithuanian FMCG retail market would be considered as an advantage.
