Hotelston is a wholesale (B2B) travel service reservation company. Our product Hotelston.com is used by over 5000 travel agents and tour operators in Central and Eastern Europe. Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.

Currently 4 people work in the IT Support team and we are looking for 2 more IT Support Specialists and team players to join our crew.

Tasks:

• Provide technical support to Hotelston customers as well as colleagues in the company
• Provide technical support by email
• Utilize help desk and issue management systems to track tasks
• Identify trends in support requests and recommend systemic and proactive solutions to mitigate issues
• Monitor and maintain health of Hotelston services
• Assist in Hotelston IT projects

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Basic programming skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Problem solver attitude
