Role Summary:

Our Internal Communications team requires a communication and events specialist to support the development of content and materials for Dexcom’s EMEA region, including site communications for our GBS operations in Lithuania.

You will be a member of the global internal communications team and you will individually work with HR, site leadership, and the EMEA communications lead to help translate Dexcom’s business imperatives into actionable communications that inform and inspire employees.

We are looking a creative thinker, exceptional writer and clear communicator with strong project management and organizational skills. You will help to deliver communications programs and content that drive employee alignment, engagement and performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with EMEA communications lead, Human Resources and Lithuania site leadership to develop, implement and support employee communications programs and deliverables
  • Help shape executive voice, delivering communications that are authentic, open and personalized
  • Assist with the regional town halls and leadership meetings
  • Organize local town halls, leadership meetings and employee events
  • Execute communication plans for regional/site initiatives
  • Help to build and shape Dexcom culture and employee experience
  • Support an array of communications tools and channels to create global impact and engagement, including intranet, Yammer, digital signage, email, video and more
  • Support large-scale site, functional and department communications as appropriate
  • Operate as change agent for key process improvement and business transformation initiatives in partnership with stakeholders
  • Tailor communications deliverables for local audiences while ensuring alignment with corporate brand, standards and practices

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in communication or related areas leading impactful communications projects
  • 2+ Experience in employee/internal communications
  • An outstanding, confident, and skilled communicator with experience in using effective ways to deliver messages and communications across a wide range of audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, strong presentation skills, and high attention to detail.
  • A problem-solving and learning mindset, and the demonstrated ability to proactively take initiative, use good judgment to prioritize and reprioritize requests, and be comfortable working with minimal direction.
  • Strong project and time management skills with a deadline-driven approach to work
  • Effectively partners and builds relationships across all levels, and with diverse groups, within Dexcom.
  • Actively listens, requests clarification when needed, receptive to feedback.
  • Experience producing town halls or other high-profile events
  • Hands-on experience with a SharePoint, Teams, Yammer and other relevant communications platforms.
  • Graphic design, photography and video skills a plus

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,300 EUR gross.
*The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
