Aircraft Technical Manager

We are now seeking an experienced Aircraft Technical Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Responsibilities:

• Technical management of the delivery, redelivery, and transition of aircraft.
• Aircraft status and configuration pre-purchase evaluation.
• Review of aircraft records during aircraft transitions or other inspections.
• Preparation of final aircraft documentation and records to the required standard during aircraft transitions.
• Participation in on-site activities globally during aircraft transitions when required.
• Efficient project management of all maintenance, planning and engineering related activities.
• Provision of support on technical and maintenance queries to company management and other departments.

Requirements:

• Strong technical aviation background including working experience at an airline, or aircraft lessor or MRO organisation.
• Significant experience in project management.
• Detailed understanding of the lifecycle of an aircraft including delivery, transition and sale or part-out option.
• Ability to analyse technical data and convert it into a commercial understanding of the maintenance status of the aircraft.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels with clients and partners.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office products.
