Payment Processing Coordinator (Evening shift, Fixed Term)
As a Payment Processing Coordinator, you will be processing Convera customer transactions and working with FX trades confirmations and Treasury settlements during afternoon hours (16-00:30, LT time zone).
You will be responsible for:
• Processing incoming and outgoing transactions using various methods
• Monitoring transactions statuses
• Conducting different investigations related to payment processing
• Monitoring and confirming FX trades, generating settlements to counterparties
• Providing consistent, quality service to assist Client Support and Treasury teams in facilitating client transactions
You should apply if you have:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Excellent time management skills - ability to meet deadlines / sense of urgency / multitasking
• Attentiveness to details and adherence to established procedures
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience on a busy team in a client-facing function within the financial services sector
• Ability to work day and/or night hours (8-16:30, midnight – 8:30 am LT time) when needed
• Proficient spoken and written English skills
