Main duties:

• Develop the customer’s portfolio in the Baltics area
• Create the cooperation offers, negotiate and finalize the deals; follow up the contracts
• Initiate and conduct visits to clients within the assigned area
• Perform market research, analyze the data, and participate in creating of sales strategy
• Define and execute on sales plan within the business segment
• Report the market trends and sales results to sales management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in B2B technical sales
• As an advantage, experience with pumps, wastewater, Biogas businesses, and/or with agriculture machinery
• Excellent skills in at least one of the Baltic languages: Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Technical and/or commercial education
• Availability to go on frequent business trips in the target area
• B category driving license
• Ability to work independently and be a proactive self-starter
