We are currently looking for SALES MANAGER to join our Sales team.

• Get new clients;
• Introduce our products to new clients;
• Work with new client‘s requests and sales opportunities;
• Work with existing clients, expanding the product portfolio;
• Expand the relationship with new/existing clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs;
• Constantly interested in and clearly understand a client's needs and requirements;
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner;
• Solve actual problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
• Keep track of the retail market and technological innovations;
• Represent our organization at international and local trade exhibitions;
• Create and execute budget forecasts;
• Fill in and update data in the CRM system.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Lithuanian and English languages skills fluently in speaking and writing;
• Desire to learn quickly;
• An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven personality;
• Be independent, but also a team person;
• Desire to improve and grow in sales.

• The salary range is 1 960 - 2 940 Eur gross, plus bonus based on results. The salary offer for a candidate depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate;
