Infrastructure Engineer for Identity & Access Management

• Collaborate and innovate with cross-functional colleagues to develop unique and lasting solutions
• Design, implement and maintain commoditized Cyber Security infrastructure for all Swedbank employees
• Be part of our Scaled Agile journey, using DevSecOps practices to streamline value delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders and tailor solutions to fit their specific requirements
• Provide level 3 support for incidents within the team’s responsibility on a rotating basis
• Develop and hone your skills related to Digital Identities and Access Management

What is needed in this role:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• An understanding of IAM principles
• Programming skills (Java, C#, .NET etc.)
• An interest in secure coding
• Familiarity with Sailpoint Identity IQ or similar IAM tools
• Familiarity with Authentication & Authorization (SSO, ADFS, OAuth, etc.)
• Familiarity with OWASP
• Proficiency in written and oral English
• Good technical skills, a constant desire to stay on top of technology and a growth mindset
• Self-leadership skills
• The ability to find a way independently while remaining committed to collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to reach a common goal
• An appreciation for the opportunity to learn and develop continuously
• A desire to work in a cooperative and empowering work culture
