Job description
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure efficient operations and high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, manage negotiations with potential clients and representatives, and commercial proposal preparation for clients.
- Monitor market trends, assess competitor activity, and propose new product opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with technical products (international sales experience is a strong advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian (C1).
- Strong conflict management and constructive feedback skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Russian, Polish) is considered an advantage.
