Cost Management is pivotal in developing cost allocation models to enhance internal pricing and profitability insights at the Bank. This role as a Business Analyst involves optimizing the banks cost allocation framework, increasing transparency and efficiency through data-driven insights. You will handle large datasets, improve automation and data quality, oversee supporting the banks cost transformation efforts. This position promises a steep learning curve with stakeholder interaction and deep dives into cost management, and business processes.
You will:
- Apply advanced data querying techniques to extract and analyze critical information, ensuring strategic decisions are data-driven and impactful
- Lead and manage process transformations, leveraging strong project management skills to deliver project-related work across departments efficiently
- Design and implement sustainable cost allocation processes in collaboration with stakeholders for cost transparency and cost optimisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries
About you:
- Have at least 1 year of working experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar
- Have proven experience in SQL or other database programming languages
- Have an analytical mindset and are self-driven
- Have a clear and effective communication, planning, and strong stakeholder management skills
- Have willingness to improve current practices, suggest new ways of working and offer value-added ideas
- Have upper-intermediate English language skills
- Academic or hands-on experience with Activity Based Costing (ABC) is beneficial but not a requirement
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
