We are currently inviting Infrastructural Services FM Specialist in the Facility Management Department (FM) to join our team.

What you'll do:

Ensure implementation of standardized infrastructural FM processes (i.e. security, cleaning, pest control etc.) in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
Ensure compliance of processes by conducting gap analyses/self-assessments, implementing corrective actions
Indicate possible areas of process and expense optimizations
Support controlling of costs and budget planning
Execute administrative tasks, create reports and presentations
Engage in related service procurement processes in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

About you:

Higher education in technical field or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Sales or Security Management
Excellent English language skills, German is considered an advantage
High proficiency in MS Office
Category B driving license
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify errors and propose solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy, varied work environment
Experience in retail and/or warehousing is considered an advantage
