Position Description
• Develop and implement strategic Building Information Modeling (BIM) vision and
guidelines, ensuring the effective application of BIM principles across all design
phases
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of critical BIM documents, such as BIM
Execution Plans (BEP), ensuring their compliance with client requirements and
international standards
• Provide techno-economically sound expert insights and solutions within the BIM
domain, proactively managing the timelines, scope, risks, and quality of ongoing BIM
activities
• Effectively manage and coordinate the work of internal teams and external third-party
suppliers/vendors to achieve optimal project implementation on schedule and
according to quality standards
• Continuously analyze and enhance the efficiency of design activities, providing
insightful recommendations and innovative proposals for optimization
• Meticulously audit BIM activity schedules, ensuring their consistency, compatibility,
and identifying potential discrepancies or errors
• Collaborate closely with employees from other functional areas, addressing issues
related to BIM activities, design, project authors supervision, data submission,
reporting, and automation of performance indicators
Expected Skills & Expierences
• Higher or advanced education in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or
Information Technology
• Extensive successful work experience in the BIM field, particularly in large-scale
transportation infrastructure design (an advantage)
• Profound understanding of BIM principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO 19650), and
the application of international BIM standards and best practices
• Excellent proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and BIM software applicable to
transportation infrastructure design
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to apply
them in practice
• Good operational planning skills, the ability to work effectively in a dynamic
environment, and to make well-reasoned decisions
• Proficiency in official document management and drafting rules
• English language skills, both written and spoken, at a minimum of C1 level
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• Proficient user-level skills in the Microsoft 365 software suite
