Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Build scalable, maintainable front-end applications;
Participate in system architecture and UI solution development;
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices;
Collaborate with the analysts, architects, and the development team to design and implement new solutions, solve problems, and improve existing features.

We expect:

5+ years of experience in information system development and implementation projects, 3+ years working with React with proven track record of building scalable, maintainable applications in production environments;
Degree in Information Technology, or a related field;
Strong understanding of common programming principles;
Required experience with React, JavaScript, React Hooks, TypeScript, Webpack, React Native.
Preferred experience with Vite, Zod, Next.js, TanStack Query, Material UI.
Knowledge of modern libraries like Zustand and Tailwind CSS is beneficial.
You are skilled at designing reusable components and modular architectures;
Experience with performance optimization;
Ability to integrate and work with backend services;
Experience with Git;
You are proactive, with a can-do attitude, structured, and focused on agreed actions and deliveries;
You are able to mentor developers and lead technical discussions;
Strong work ethic, time management skills, and the ability to work independently and with team;
Proficiency in English;
Knowledge of Lithuanian language is preferred.
