As a Business Intelligence Analyst, youll have to develop, implement and maintain data solutions in SQL and Tableau, in order to meet banks needs by leveraging data from across the organization. We hope you enjoy finding pragmatic and effective solutions.
We expect you to be a true team-player – close collaboration with our data analysts and data engineers is a key to success. In addition, your role will include documenting of developed data and visualization solutions, that requires careful and responsible approach of its creation.

The position will be based in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:
- Develop and enhance ETL processes and advanced data models using SQL, ensuring seamless data flow, system efficiency and scalability
- Design, produce, and optimise strategic Tableau reports tailored to organisational and senior management needs, driving data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to interpret data requirements, improve data quality and governance, and deliver impactful reporting solutions
- Identify, validate, and optimise data sources and workflows, proactively addressing inefficiencies and proposing innovative process improvements
- Lead customer-focused reporting initiatives, ensuring seamless digital experiences and fostering engagement with data-driven solutions
About you:
- Experience of leading and delivering end-to-end data projects, including the design, development and optimisation of SQL-based ETL processes, Tableau dashboards and large-scale data integration workflows in a professional environment
- Extensive experience in creating advanced, interactive data visualisations and dashboards using Tableau, with a deep understanding of design principles, performance optimisation and user experience best practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrated by experience in gathering and translating high-level business requirements into actionable data solutions, presenting findings to senior management and ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring team members, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and establishing standards for data governance, quality, and visualisation practices
- A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering), advanced analytical skills for interpreting and modelling complex data sets and advanced in English to effectively communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
