Fund Administration is Citcos core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. Our Capital Events team is at the forefront of managing complex transactions and providing crucial insights for our private equity clients.

This role offers significant opportunity for growth and impact within our organization, shaping the future of our capital events services and contributing to the success of our clients' complex fund structures.

Your Role:

As a Supervisor in our Private Equity Capital Events team, you will lead and oversee critical processes, drive innovation, and ensure excellence in our service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage and optimize the capital event lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Review Capital Calls and Distributions, client reports and data extracts ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Develop and implement strategic improvements to capital event processes and systems.
Serve as a key point of contact for high-priority client relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capital event processes with broader organizational goals.
Identify and mitigate risks related to capital events processing.
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing capital event workflow.

About You:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in private equity, fund administration, data analysis or related financial services.
Proven track record in managing processes and team(s).
Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
Strong knowledge of private equity structures, capital flows, and industry trends.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.
Outstanding communication skills, able to interact effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Desired Skills:

Experience with process automation and system implementations
Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting private equity funds
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
Familiarity with Private Equity waterfall models, LPA covenants, ILPA requirements.
