Job description:

Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analyst and other stakeholders on functional requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits).
Directly reporting to Service Delivery Manager.
Develop Apex classes and triggers, to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
Custom User Interface development, including Lightning Web Components.
Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
Participate in release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce.
Collaborating with other Developers, QA, BA in internal and external teams.
Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

Knowledge of programming in Java or Salesforce platform (academic, training, or self-learned is acceptable).
Strong motivation to learn Salesforce development and grow into a professional role.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks with guidance.

Nice to have:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I).
Knowledge of programming languages / technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, or .NET.
Experience from academic projects, internships, or personal projects in software development.
Interest in DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset) or cloud platforms.
