Currently we are looking for TRANSPORT PLANNER (ENGLISH SPEAKING)

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate multi-drop transport activities to ensure timely, efficient deliveries
Balance costs and performance, monitor KPIs and take action where needed
Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, Commercial and other stakeholders to align transport with business needs
Provide drivers with accurate schedules and information
Optimize stock and raw material movements from Yara and third-party terminals
Improve transport processes, minimize diversions and returns, and support automation initiatives
Ensure compliance with HESQ standards and follow up on incidents or complaints
Share knowledge and support your team to deliver excellent service together

Profile

Experience in multi-drop transport planning, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and good time management skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable using planning tools, systems, and MS Office
Knowledge of HESQ requirements is an advantage
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
Eligible to work in Lithuania

Salary range

We offer salary from 2605Eur to 3907 Eur/month gross (before taxes; final offer depends on candidate's competences).
