Currently we are looking for TRANSPORT COORDINATOR (FRENCH SPEAKING)

Responsibilities

Responsible for all transport activities in alignment with our Service Level Agreements (SLA) towards the Commercial and Production organizations
Responsible for delivering on a broad spectrum of transportation management activities, including delivery planning, transportation call-offs, on-time delivery execution, optimum carrier selection and shipment cost calculation
Works closely with various stakeholders including Procurement and Terminal Operations
Responsible to deliver excellent transport services to meet the requirement of the customer and KPIs within your team; to develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Diligently follow up on complaints using the appropriate tools
Be a role model of our culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority, including Yaras Corporate social responsibility and code of conduct

Profile

1 year experience in Supply Chain Operations with good understanding of transport organization will be considered an advantage
Ongoing or finished studies in logistics management or related discipline will be considered as advantage
Proficient French and English language skills (Level B2 or higher)
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Eligible to work in Lithuania (the role is based in Lithuania)

Salary range

We offer salary from 2005 Eur to 3008 Eur/month gross (before taxes; final offer depends on candidate's competences)
