.NET Team lead

Monitor and manage team priorities to ensure timely and efficient task execution
Estimate task efforts and provide accurate delivery timelines
Track and report on team members performance and productivity metrics
Initiate and implement new team workflows, processes, or best practices to improve delivery and collaboration
Oversee and enforce code quality standards and review processes within the team
Develop tools and systems for smart electricity meters administration
Integrate existing IT solutions with third-party hardware and software
Collaborate with the engineering team and product team to develop the best products

Solid experience working with the .NET framework, including strong knowledge of OOP principles, SQL, and RESTful APIs
Proven experience in a Team Lead or other leadership role
Strong skills in task estimation, prioritization, and performance reporting
Proactive approach to improving team workflows and internal development processes
Hands-on experience in maintaining and enforcing high code quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
