We are looking for a hungry, ambitious and organised Senior Account Executive based in Lithuania. With us, you’ll have the chance to scale, build and grow inside a fast-moving B2B environment working with some of the most recognised brands in the industry. Your role will sit at the centre of our organic social and account management operations, supporting content planning, campaign execution, reporting, creative coordination and client delivery across multiple international B2B accounts.

THE ROLE: Senior Account Executive (B2B Agency)

You’ll act as the operational engine behind our organic marketing team, coordinating campaigns, content, reporting and creative execution across multiple global B2B brands while helping turn strategy into measurable growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Organic strategy execution: You will own the content calendars and community management for leading B2B gambling brands. Your focus is on aggressive organic growth, driving high-impact visibility, engagement and audience growth.
- Content planning & coordination: You will support the planning, scheduling and execution of content across LinkedIn and other digital platforms while ensuring deadlines and workflows stay organised across multiple client accounts.
- Copywriting collaboration: You will draft high-level B2B copy yourself and liaise with our native UK copywriting team to ensure every post is perfectly on brand.
- Data and trends: You’ll understand trends and data inside out, building reports for weekly and monthly campaign performance and analysing organic metrics in detail.
- Passion for creativity: Our agency is a creativity machine. You’ll work actively with our design team to build daily briefs for eye-catching, high-performing content.
- Account support: You will support Account Directors with day-to-day operational tasks, campaign organisation, client updates and workflow management.
- Operational excellence: You will live in Asana for workflow and Agency Analytics for reporting, ensuring that no deadline is missed and every metric is tracked.
- Growth mindset: You’ll be exposed to multiple areas of agency operations including organic social, paid campaigns, reporting, creative coordination and client servicing, with clear potential to grow into an Account Manager role over time.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for the best rising talent in Lithuania’s B2B agency sector.
- Rising star: You have at least 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing agency and are ready to move beyond the legacy agency grind.
- Digitally fluent: You understand how LinkedIn and B2B content ecosystems work. Experience with LinkedIn Analytics, Campaign Manager or paid campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Highly organised: You enjoy structure, workflows, deadlines and managing multiple moving parts at once.
- Proactive operator: You don’t wait to be told every next step. You spot issues early and actively look for solutions.
- Commercially aware: You understand that marketing should support visibility, leads and commercial growth.
- Creative thinker: You have a good eye for content and understand what makes B2B marketing stand out.
- Analytical: You are comfortable working with reporting, performance tracking and campaign data.
- Linguistic precision: You are fluent in English.
- Remote professional: You are a self-starter who operates effectively in a remote environment and communicates with clarity.
- Industry experience: You understand tech, fintech or gambling ecosystems. Experience in these sectors will serve you well for this role.
