Job description
- Execute trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns to support sales growth.
- Coordinate product launches, pricing activities, and retail marketing initiatives.
- Manage communication and marketing materials across retail and digital channels.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Cooperate with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure effective project execution.
- Optimize product assortment and promotional activities based on business targets.
- Support forecasting, planning, and ongoing improvement of trade marketing processes.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and accurate product information across channels.
Requirements
- Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales Support or Category Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with campaigns, promotions or product launches in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive, well-organized, and self-driven; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Valid category B driving license.
