Main tasks and responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who can connect people, processes, and priorities while helping development teams deliver impactful solutions smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating teams, improving processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Job description:

Lead and coordinate software development teams in daily operations.
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Identify risks, remove blockers and keep priorities aligned.
Support planning, resource allocation and workload balancing.
Drive process improvements and foster a collaborative.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience leading or coordinating IT or software development teams/projects.
Experience working and communicating with different teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage several tasks, projects, and priorities at the same time.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
Good understanding of how software development projects are planned and delivered.
Experience working in Kanban, Agile or Scrum environments.
Good English communication skills, as you’ll work closely with international teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices.
Technical background in software development or IT projects.
Experience working in international or fast-growing environments.
Experience improving internal processes or team workflows.
Interest in new technologies, automation, or AI-related solutions.
