The cook has to be able to work independently with a la carte and especially shellfish and fresh fish. The restaurant serve lots of local fish, shellfish, game, local sheep and beef on the menu. Sometimes they also have 7 course gourmet seating and sometimes they also do theme buffet, like shellfish buffet, or Easter buffet etc, but the main thing is a la carte. Normal opening hours are from 12:00 – 22:00 but if they also have live music, then the restaurant closes at 2:00 at night. The restaurant holds 85 seats inside and can have up to 80 guests on terrasse outside on sunny days. English language used.
