Requirements for candidates
- At least gymnasium graduate and experience in technical sales
- Structured, self driven and independent
- Ability to manage good relationships with stakeholders and to create long-lasting contacts.
- Supportive co-worker, ability to learn
- Comfortable with negotiations and changes
- Willingness and courage to make "cold calls"
- Business mindset, positive ready-to-do attitude
- English and Lithuanian on a professional level
- Ability to work in IT environment and knowledge of CRM system is an advantage
Job description
- You will be responsible for the small and medium account customers in Lithuania
- You will make proactive contacts to existing customers to develop and protect existing business and with potential customers to get new businesses
- Also, you will be part of various Linde’s call campaigns by contacting new potential customers by phone
- In addition you will perform regular contract negotiations with existing customers
- You will develop and drive sales through agent network
- Partnering with other key stakeholders
- Value creation and customer support
What we offer
